Fragologist starts with the fragrances you know. Rate the scents you have worn, and the app uses those preferences alongside a researched fragrance catalog to help you explore what comes next.
The experience is conversational. You can ask what suits an occasion, compare fragrances, or explore the character of a scent without starting from an unfamiliar list of notes.
Fragologist is a project by Slate’s creator, who used Slate while building it. It is one example of the work happening alongside the workspace: a consumer app with a different subject, audience, and experience.
